Mr. Lee is an experienced international business executive with over 35 years managing companies in the high technology electronic field. He served at Schlumberger Ltd for 28 years, and served as its Executive Vice President in charge of its worldwide hi-tech electronics group. After his retirement, he funded and was president of two startups. He has experience in acquiring and divesting companies, and has positions in all phases of management: engineering, marketing and production. He has a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.
Margi has over 30 years of experience in financial and business management focused in the Agricultural and Cattle industry. She brings strong management and leadership skills with proven success in the growth and operations of agricultural products.
Dr. Barcelo is a practicing primary care and obstetrics physician and founding member of the Santa Lucia Medical Group. Lawrence has served as the Chair of the Department of Family Practice Medicine, Treasurer of the Medical Executive Committee and member of the Joint Conference at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital. Dr. Barcelo also serves as a member of the PRIME-US Advisory Board at UCSF School of Medicine and as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at Natividad Medical Center.
Tom Umbel is an executive leader with more than 30 years of Medical Device and Diagnostics experience. He most recently was the Group SVP of Corporate Development and Marketing for Hologic having worked there for the last 15 years. Tom’s role in managing mergers and acquisitions helped to grow Hologic from a small single-product company to a large diversified Women’s Health company with more than $2.5 Billion in sales. Prior to Hologic, Tom was the President of Direct Radiography Corp. (DRC), later acquired by Hologic. Tom has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Grove City College.
